Attention all gardenbloggers – you could be landing a great writing gig, and it's as close as your favorite garden center. Here's a couple of reports from behind the scenes at garden center blogs.
First, my guest post on the blog of a corporate blogging guru (she wrote the book!). It's called "Why Writing a Corporate Blog can be Fun (and Profitable, Too)" and covers the job of the garden-center blogger and the cost to the garden center.
And for the final mention of our talk to the Independent Garden Center Show in Chicago (remember, the one with Mimosas?) here's the 7 1/2-minute video I made of my remarks. It's about how garden centers are using their website and blog to tell their "green" story.
