GBBD in Buffalo: tulips
If you watch this video you’ll see the tulips I’ve got blooming as of today, as follows:
Species: marjoletti (matures from yellow to cream with reddish streaks),clusiana (striped), vvedenskyi (bright orange)
Triumph: Negrita, Amazone
Single Late: Blushing Lady, Mrs.Scheepers
Double: Orange Princess, Yellow Mountain, Black Hero
Lily-flowered: West Point
Parrot: White Parrot (possibly).
I love tulips, so this time of year in the garden is rivaled only by lilium time in July.

Good lord. You have got to be stopped.
Wow. Music. Screen wipes.
A director is born.
Thanks Michele, but it is just an iphoto slide show turned into a video. iphoto kind of does everything for you. The main thing is getting royalty-free music so you don’t get spanked (rightly) by YouTube.
Great presentation ELizabeth. I have not planted a tulip in quite a few years in L A. Thanks for reminding me what I’ve been missing.
