Cow Pots, the biodegradable seed-starting pods made from manure, make their appearance in the
New York Times, so I guess they've arrived. And the story of the dairy-farming Cow Pot-inventing brothers is kinda interesting. But not as interesting to me as the factoid that cows crap 120 pounds every day. No WONDER getting rid of the stuff and keeping it from polluting our waters is such a problem. And one more excellent reason to eat less beef.
