After the Party

On a day when a lot of houses are full of scraps of wrapping paper, dropped crumbs and fresh memories, it seems like a good day to remember that there’s beauty even in the leftovers.  Artist Katie DeGroot makes that point wonderfully in her "Tribute to Dead Flowers" intaglio prints.

LOVE this post and think the prints are smashing. i confess to letter flowers go natural in the vase. What is left is usually lovely and real.
