This is just some silly YouTube nonsense for your Monday morning. My favorite line: "Many plants emit sounds. The South American dwarf pelargonia emit a clicking sound when seeding."
OK, and I will add, in response to comments: if you’re not, say, a Southpark fan, you probably won’t love this as much as I do. And yes, I’m a vegetarian, too.
Hello,
I have been enjoying this garden rant blog for a few weeks now. Until today. I’m all about good humor, but I really think this video is in poor taste. Of course, I’m a vegetarian so maybe I just don’t think it’s funny to insinuate that vegetarians really want to be eating meat so we would classify an animal as a plant to do that. Or maybe what bothered me the most was watching that cartoon cow bleeding all over and getting hacked up. Either way, this video is in poor taste, isn’t related to gardening and I’m certainly glad that my five year old wasn’t here watching it with me.

Garden Rant is one of the best of a crop of garden blogs… in a class by itself.
Does that mean lawns are plants too?

aack! a little warning about the cartoon gore would be a good idea.
good sarcastic humor. Reminds me of the Black Knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It’s only a flesh wound.
it’s hysterically funny!
