well, that reminds me of the dinner in Portland at some damn restaurant with thankfully a bunch of fun, cool people. You enchanted us all with hen stories, made us love them as you do, and when my dinner arrived – chicken – I could hardly eat it. In fact, picked at it. And may go the way of Ira Glass. Been heading that way, anyway, over the last 30 years, and giving up poultry feels like the right next step. Speaking just for myself, and all that.
